Athina Eleftheraki

Athina, an undergrad student from the Democritus University of Thrace, spent the summer of 2018 in our lab as an AMGEN Scholar.

Justina Venckute Larsson

Justina spent the summer of 2018 in our lab as a “KI Summer School in Medical Research” intern and carried out her BSc Thesis in our lab in Spring semester 2019. She had been working ever since as a research assistant in our lab till Spring 2023.

Apostolos Zaganiaris

Apostolis was an Erasmus intern in Sotiriou Lab during 2018-19. During his internship he was developing silver nanoparticles-coated polymer with photothermal abilities as antimicrobial agent against biofilms.
